A sun and fun gal at heart, she traded in all of those long, cold winters for warm, sunny weather all year long in 1991 when she made the move south to Florida. A seasoned professional, Penny has been in the lottery industry for an amazing 20 years! As a GPC Customer Service Representative, Penny provides accounts like New Jersey, Connecticut, BCLC, CBN, and most recently Slovakia with the utmost dedication & support. In her spare time you can find Penny swimming along the ocean floor looking for the latest addition to her impressive seashell collection. A certified SCUBA instructor, it’s no wonder Penny never hesitates to dive in to any challenge we give her.
