Egland Sliwa: Customer Service Representative
Egland is not afraid of a little healthy competition. One of GPC's star Customer Service Reps, Egland was the recipient of GTECH's 2008 Presidential Building Excellence Award, the single highest award an employee can receive. This wasn’t Egland's first trophy however. A trained ballroom dancer, Egland and her husband have been dancing their way to the top for years. Egland currently provides superior customer service to accounts including Pronosticos, Nicaragua, LiLHCo, Ecuador, Jamaica, Morocco, Luxembourg and ONCE - and as you may have expected, she never misses a beat.
