Alan Eland: Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer
After more than 26 years with GTECH, it’d be an understatement to say that Alan knows the ins and outs of the lottery business. Alan began his career in 1985 and has climbed the ranks from Account General Manager in Texas at the Lottery’s inception, to Regional Vice President of the Western Region, to his current role as Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer where he is responsible for lottery operations in the United States, Canada, GTECH Printing Corporation (GPC), and Client Services. With a strong affinity for providing customers with best-in-class products, the highest standards in customer service, and innovative, creative, and top-quality instant tickets, Alan prides himself on setting high standards. In the off chance that he’s not in the office or out visiting any one of his customers around North America, you’ll likely find him sailing his boat Brutus in Naragansett Bay. With Alan at the helm, we’re confident it’ll be nothing but smooth sailing from here on out.
